Write‘s block. A game of hide and seek.

​Good ideas are friendly acquaintances. They are friendly so they want to find you and get to know you. They are also only acquaintances. So they don’t know you that well. They don’t have too much to go off from. They mean well, they want to find you but it’s hard becuase they don’t know you in and out. 

 

When we are unconfident, when we doubt ourselves, when we hide our faces. When we wear a cap low and wrap our face with a scarf tight. We are making it even harder for the good ideas to find us.

 

Sometimes we run really fast becuase we think the good ideas are in front of us and we want to find and catch them. But we often don’t realise that the good ideas are chasing after us too. The faster we run, the harder it is for them to catch up with us.

 

Sometimes we just need to stand still, so they can catch up. They need a breather too.
